today is sat.feel so damn free.heE.haha.relaxed!cuz only have to go church at 3pm.play drums! yaY! its been a month since i touched a drum set.lol.so ver ver excited! =) but also nervous lar.today is for practise,tmr is the real thing.ahHHh..haha.but cool k. can't wait can't wait! wah,yesterday's trng very hot seh.cld practically hear berd's voice echo off the sch walls time n time again.before trng,cld see that he cld unhappy that pple have to leave early,this n that.he expects total commitment from all players i guess.i tot can do light trng deh,but den see his attitude,scared arh.so just do as the rest did loh.heE.but not so bad,do basics like chesting,heading......wah,had a headache yesterday morn plus more heading=bonKers liao.last exercise before trng ended was heading too!! siao liao.n the balls damn power,head till quite painful.den once i chest berd's cross ball,siao liao,damn pain! but the farnie thing is,i felt so good after trng.dun feel sick at all! not so lethargic like the past few days where i had to stay at home.hah,that's way pple say,exercise even when you are sick! lol,no lar,that's what i say.heE.cuz really what,unless really can't climb out of bed lar.i find that on quite a few occasions when i feel quite ok but not totally ok yet,n i go for trngs,i feel much better after that. =)

angeline very sad loh,cuz berd scolded her a few times i tink.dunno what really happen oso lar,but smtimes berd really hen3 what deh loh,a bit biased oso...siGh.just play your football ok.play my football too.excited abt sunday!first time playing league for eb.or so-called BA.haha.stupid name.den have 40 seater coach!haha.so shiok.like that time in china.aye.feel so sad when i tink of those china days.miss them.cuz u noe y,we were treated like kings.i mean,like stay in hotel,eat hotel food,get chauffered everywhere.wherever we go,pple look at us blah blah....n life was damn relaxed.no stress,until before game lar.anw,40 seater coach!! haha.but most imptly,must win our games.huMPh.i feel more togetherness in this team than u19 noe.really.like i feel part of the team n ......everyone is so friendly towards one another,like one big family.that is if you look at it in a nice way lar.but that's enuf.like berd said,we have to know each player's strengths n weaknesses in order to play well.so that the whole team can function properly.he knows every player inside out n that helps the team too,when it comes to tactics n stuff.so,on one hand,he is a good coach,on the other,he needs to improve on his blahblahblah too.heE.
